We are a team of two (notsirk and sapphire) who want to make the world a more interesting place when it comes to food, cooking, and the kitchen. We rely on our network of friends, strangers, and utensils. How you say? We need you. We want you to post comments on whether you think a recipe was good, stellar, kiss me wonderful, or shoot me I wasted my money. We want you to post if you found a great recipe and would like to share it with the world. Or maybe a great new restaurant you found.
We also have a section called “City Pages.” Because they are “pages” no one can post. But, you can comment! What should you comment about? Describe your local cuisine, share recipes, review restaurants, and discuss the food (or drinking) culture.
Food is a sensual experience. The smell, sight, taste, texture, aural sensations make food beautiful and seductive. Why not take part?
We want Noodled Out to be interactive, not just an one way street for notsirk and I to ramble. Post good things, post bad things, give us a spank, throw a tomato, whatever. Have fun and bon app!
PS- The photos we post are taken by sapphire or notsirk. Because Sapphire is also a photographer (praying to be full time), you can contact her to license any photo or hire her for a food porn shoot. Notsirk takes photos on the side and will license photos too.
